   A film blowing machine involves one process used to make plastic film. Extruded tubular processing is most often used with polyethylene films but can be used with other polymers.      The film may be laminating film, shrink film, agricultural covering film, bags or film for textiles and clothing, and other packaging materials.

How does a film blowing machine work? The description is as follows:

1. Raw material feeding:The film blowing machine sends plastic particles or pellets to the extrusion system through the feeding system.

2. Extrusion system: The extrusion system heats and melts the plastic particles, and extrudes the molten plastic into a continuous film tube through the action of the screw.

3. Die head system: The die head system controls the shape and size of the film tube, and determines the final film shape by adjusting the structure and parameters of the die head.

4. Air blowing system: The film blowing machine uses a high-pressure blower to blow air into the inside of the film tube, causing it to expand and expand, thereby forming a flat film with a width larger than the die aperture.

5. Cooling system: The film needs to be cooled during the blowing process in order to quickly solidify and stabilize its shape.

6. Stretching system: The stretching system stretches, flattens and adjusts the thickness of the film through a traction roller group to achieve the required specifications and sizes.
